Products and Use

• Solowake is a vibrating wrist alarm. It is not a medical device and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent any sleep or health condition.
• How strongly people respond to vibration varies, and we cannot guarantee that Solowake will wake every person every time. For situations where waking on time is critical, such as flights, exams or medical appointments, we recommend also setting a backup alarm.
• Use and charge the product only as described in its instructions, and only with the supplied charger. Do not use it in water unless the product instructions state it is water-resistant to that level.
• Stop using the product if you experience skin irritation or discomfort.
• Product images are for illustration. Colours and display brightness may vary slightly from what you see on screen.

Orders, Pricing and Payment

• All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We may cancel or refuse an order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors or stock shortages, and will refund any payment taken.
• Prices are shown in USD and may change at any time. The price that applies is the one shown when you place your order.
• Payment is processed securely by our payment providers. By placing an order, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method.

Offers and Free Gifts

• Bundle discounts, free gifts and promotions are available for a limited time and while supplies last, and may change or end at any time.
• If a free gift is unavailable, we may replace it with an item of similar or greater value.
• Free gifts have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. Offers cannot be combined unless stated.
• Gifts included with returned orders are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

Shipping

Estimated delivery times are shown at checkout and are not guaranteed, since carrier delays can happen. Responsibility for the package passes to you once the carrier marks it as delivered. Lost or damaged orders are handled as described in our Refund Policy.

Returns and Refunds

Returns, refunds and our 30-night guarantee are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including the Solowake name and logo, text, images, videos, designs and graphics, belongs to Solowake™ or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce or redistribute it without our written permission.

If you submit reviews, photos, videos or other content to us or tag us on social media, you grant Solowake™ a royalty-free, non-exclusive, worldwide licence to use, display and share that content in connection with our brand. You confirm that you own the content or have the right to share it. For intellectual property concerns, please contact us.

User Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately of any unauthorised use. We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

Disclaimer

Except as stated in our Refund Policy or required by law, our website and products are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solowake™ is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or products. This includes missed alarms, oversleeping, missed appointments or lost time. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Solowake™ and its affiliates harmless from claims or demands arising from your misuse of the website or products, or your breach of these Terms.

Applicable Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Poland, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts of Poland, unless the law of your country gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continuing to use the website after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Solowake™ regarding use of this website and purchases from it.
